RED RASPBERRY PRODUCTS
We believe that a quality product begins in the field. Cultural practices, harvest methods, and harvest timing all directly affect the finished product. Since we feel strongly about controlling these areas, we choose not to buy any outside fruit, putting only fruit under our control into our product.
We have chosen not to enter the IQF market at this time. Instead, all our IQF quality fruit goes directly into our straight pack and puree, assuring the buyer of high quality fruit in all packs under the TREMAINE FARMS label.
| Red Raspberry straight pack 28# or 400# | Choice of Willamette or Meeker variety red raspberries sorted and washed. Block frozen and packed in industry standard 28# pail with child warning label, or in double lined 400# drum. Grade "A" for color and defects. | ||||||||||
| Red raspberry .125 seived puree 28# or 400# | Choice of Willamette or Meeker variety red raspberries inspected,washed and seived with a .125 screen. Our seived products are made with fruit graded "A" for color and defects. | ||||||||||
